Subjects / Themes Coaching can be about anything. About your work, applying for a job, your relationship, parenting, tensions, fears, anger, frustration, stress, burnout, parenting, standing up for yourself, public speaking, connection with yourself and so much more. You can transform the stress experience at the dentist, but also get started with the really big themes like 'what is the meaning of life' and 'what am I doing here on earth'. If you feel the need, we can move to the crossroads of science, psychology, philosophy, religion and spirituality, but this is not necessary. I connect with where you are. |
Essences Whatever it is about... when we sit on the essences we achieve the most. As an example: you come to me with a request for help about fear of driving. We can get started with the fear of driving and something beautiful can already happen there. We can also take it one step further. The fear of driving is often a projection of a deeper essential fear. I can help you with that too. It often works so that when you have transformed the underlying issue, the fear of driving disappears automatically. Of course you decide how far you want to go with your research. |

Life coaching on Mindset This is about essential or fundamental growth and change. Intervening on your automatisms. Expose and shift your basic assumptions. This is about your personal transformation. Sometimes we touch your past, sometimes we come to a trauma. However, this is not necessary and we do not necessarily have to go into it. You decide that. I coach you and give you what you can use at that moment. |
PSYCH-K® A powerful method with which stress or trauma can be transformed into rest and new self-chosen beliefs can be brought into the subconscious. This can be felt/observed on the spot. The client (partner) owns this process and the facilitator facilitates the process. We can do this beautiful work together because I am trained as a PSYCH-K® Master Facilitator. |
Meditation / Brain Training There are various methods with which you can help yourself to experience and transform more peace. Meditation or brain training is a strong tool that you can use anywhere. There are various ways of meditating or training that produce various results. From creating peace to building a new mindset. I would be happy to help you get to know and use the various options. |
Mindfulness The term was coined by Thich Nhat Hanh. It means being consciously present in the moment, your activity, your place. Being nonjudgmentally attentive to your thinking, feeling, and acting. The practice of Mindfulness has interfaces with meditation. Research has shown that practicing Mindfulness brings great benefits. Reduction of stress, more (night) rest, more energy, better dealing with reality, more fun, etc. |
Looking/applying for a job Easy for some, quite difficult for others. You may first want to discover what you want to apply for. What do you really want and is that really suitable for you? And then.... applying successfully is an art. |
Cross or intercultural communication Sometimes cultures clash. Should we humans also collide? What are the underlying agreements? Learn about cultural values and norms so that you can better understand the other person. Building bridges is way more fun. |
